I do not accept insurance. You may be able to seek reimbursement for out-of-network providers through your insurance. I can provide superbills for services.

You can call the member number on your insurance to ask about your mental health benefits. Provide them with the following CPT codes:​

• 90834-95(45 minute teletherapy session) 

• 90791-95 (teletherapy intake)

If your insurance does not have providers in-network who are able to treat your mental health concern you may consider asking about a single-case agreement (look up terms like gap exception and network adequacy).
