Treatment  involves thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll work to make sure your thoughts are based on logic rather than emotions. We'll reframe your response to strong physical sensations. Finally we'll learn intentionality with behaviors and limit avoidance or compulsive behaviors.

Feel free to read my FAQs and bio for additional information. My practice is online, so we'd meet at a set-time through a HIPPA-compliant video service.
